We accept requests for return, refund, and replacement only under the following circumstances:
- Broken or Damaged Products: If the product you received is broken or damaged upon arrival.(Make a video of the parcel being unboxed).
- Product Mismatch: If the product does not match the specifications mentioned during the order placement.
Please Note:
- In the case of a domestic return, deductions for shipping, marketing, operations, and damages may be applied before issuing a refund.
- We accept returns for physical products within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund Turnaround Time: Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The credited amount should appear in the customer’s bank account within this period, depending on the bank’s processing time.
Cancellation Policy:
- Order cancellation is valid only until the product is dispatched. We are unable to entertain cancellation requests once the product has been shipped or dispatched through our courier partner.
